Shipping Policy

Every order ships directly from Japan with full tracking, and shipping is free to every destination we serve. Shipping costs are already included in the listed price, so no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 6-14 business days. Items are carefully sourced and inspected after your purchase, which is why processing takes a little longer than a typical warehouse store.

Shipping and delivery

All parcels ship from Japan via Japan Post, always with a tracking number.
Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch for orders to the United States.
Delivery times for other destinations vary depending on the local postal service.
Tracking information is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a day or two for the carrier to register the first scan.

Import duties and taxes

United States: import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Nothing further is charged when your parcel arrives.
All other destinations: import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are not collected at checkout and may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Cards and fragile items are protected individually, then packed in rigid cardboard with cushioning so they arrive in the condition described in the listing.

Delays

Customs inspections, weather, peak seasons, and local carrier backlogs can occasionally delay a parcel beyond the estimates above. If your tracking has not updated for a while, contact us at support@arigatoplus.net and we will look into it with the carrier.
